Globeng hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi silmek istiyorsanız aşağıdaki iki yoldan birini kullanabilirsiniz.
Silme İşleminde Ne Olur?
Hesap silme talebiniz onaylandığında, aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir ve geri alınamaz:
- Kullanıcı hesabınız, e-posta adresiniz ve profil bilgileriniz
- Öğrenme ilerlemeniz: tamamlanan seviyeler, öğrenilen kelimeler, XP ve yıldızlar
- Seri (streak) geçmişiniz ve başarımlarınız
- Oynadığınız düellolar, arkadaşlıklarınız ve gönderdiğiniz mesajlar
- Bildirim tercihleriniz ve cihaz token'larınız
Yasal saklama: KVKK, GDPR ve LGPD kapsamındaki hukuki yükümlülüklerimiz gereği anonimleştirilmiş faturalama kayıtları (varsa) 10 yıl saklanabilir; bunlar kişisel kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemez.
1. Uygulama İçinden Silme (Önerilen — Anında)
Uygulamaya erişebiliyorsanız bu en hızlı yoldur:
- Globeng uygulamasını açın
- Sağ alttaki Profil sekmesine dokunun
- Ayarlar veya profil menüsünden Hesabımı Sil seçeneğini bulun
- Onayladığınızda hesabınız birkaç saniye içinde silinir
2. Web Formu (Uygulamaya Erişemiyorsanız)
Cihazınızı kaybettiyseniz, uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız veya herhangi bir nedenle uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorsanız, aşağıdaki formu doldurun. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.
To delete your Globeng account and all associated data, you can use one of the two options below.
What Gets Deleted?
When your account deletion request is approved, the following data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered:
- Your user account, email address, and profile information
- Your learning progress: completed levels, learned words, XP, and stars
- Your streak history and achievements
- Duels you played, your friendships, and messages you sent
- Notification preferences and device tokens
Legal retention: Under our obligations from KVKK, GDPR, and LGPD, anonymized billing records (if any) may be retained for up to 10 years; these cannot be linked back to your personal identity.
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended — Instant)
If you can still access the app, this is the fastest way:
- Open the Globeng app
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right
- Find Delete Account in settings or your profile menu
- Confirm — your account is deleted within seconds
2. Web Form (If You Can't Access the App)
If you've lost your device, uninstalled the app, or otherwise cannot sign in, fill in the form below. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
